then why do you want to stop the mind chatter.
Would you thing, how to stop this mind. No you would not.
You are thinking to stop your mind from chatter because of your
mind producing lots of unpleasant things.
Solution will be, you and your mind keep in distance, means
you do not need physically keep distance, but feel the distance.
For example:-
You stuck in traffic jam and struggling through traffic, that’s
one experience.
Another experience is you are in a hot air balloon and
looking the traffic.
Mind should not be telling its own story all the time, it
should tell the story what you wanted to tell.
